Getting support could not be easier, use any one of the methods below from your Reporo Dashboard.

1. Live Chat Support : This will be located in the bottom right of your browser window.
Use this to speak with one of our highly knowledgeable Agents about your account, campaigns or just for general support.
2. Support Ticket : Click on Help & Support located in the header and select Support Ticket.
From here you will be presented with 3 Ticket options:
- Conversion Tracking : Request to the trafficking team to apply a change to conversion tracking
- Troubleshooting : General troubleshooting request.
- Feedback : Let us know what you think.
3. Provide Feedback : Let us know what you think of the site, what could be improved, what do you really like
4. Help & Support : Click on Help & Support located in the header and select Help Articles.
From here you will have access to a number of Support documents, ranging from step by step guides, to definitions of key terms.
